Registered Nurse - occupational health (Louisville, KY)

Lumen North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
