Registered Nurse - occupational health (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Union Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
