Registered Nurse - occupational health (Houston, TX)

Northwind Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Houston, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
