Registered Nurse - occupational health (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
