Registered Nurse - occupational health (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Meadow Medical is a Des Moines company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
