Registered Nurse - occupational health (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be occupational health. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
