Registered Nurse - occupational health (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be occupational health. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
