Registered Nurse - occupational health (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Buffalo. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
