Registered Nurse - occupational health (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Medical Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be occupational health. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
