Registered Nurse - occupational health (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
