Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
