Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Toledo, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
