Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Savannah design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
