Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
