Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Lantern Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on clinic nursing for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
