Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
