Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Sacramento design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
