Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Cedar Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
