Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
