Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Highbridge Linden Care Services provides in-home and community support in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
