Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Northwind Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Omaha. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
