Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
