Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Highbridge Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
