Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
