Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
