Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Nova Loom Insurance is an insurance company in San Diego with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
