Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
