Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Grand Rapids working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
