Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Providence, RI)

Cedar Rowan Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
