Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Portland, OR)

Nova Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in Portland, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
