Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Portland. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
