Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
