Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Oakland, CA)

Nova Loom Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Oakland, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
