Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
