Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
