Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
