Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Yarrow Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Nashville, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
