Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
