Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Louisville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
