Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
