Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Hartford. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
