Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Hartford with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
