Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Meridian Care Services supports families and individuals in Hartford with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
