Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
