Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
