Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on clinic nursing for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification.
