Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
