Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
