Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fresno. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
