Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Detroit, MI)

Lumen West Care Services supports families and individuals in Detroit with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
